Oh look who's posting again.
Today... I finished C++! HELL YEAH! FUCK YOU, C++ I KILL U DED. I went through with my plan of just watching the presentation and I was rewarded with the code for the project. Most excellent. Saved me a lot of frustration, reading, and time. I got started on Visual Basic too. I finished the first project and test and started on the second project. However, it's giving me trouble so I mailed the teacher about it and I'll just continue on tomorrow. Basic is kinda a weird language. O_o The coding aspect of it is just wonky seeming. It probably doesn't help that there seems to be like NO examples of complete code in the course material. -_- But I'm not worried about it. The projects are all very small it seems and Basic is still really easy once you finally get it. So I'm not too worried.
After I finished up there I went downstairs and ate dinner with Mom and MK. Also practiced my hiragana. I have to get those down before I go back to doing Japanese otherwise I'll be going at a snail's pace. I'm going to start practicing them every morning again so I should have them down pretty quickly. Being away from that course has really helped bring back my love for Japanese and ease my frustration with it, which I am very thankful for. At the end of the day I do still want to learn to speak Japanese fluently so being able to not experience blinding rage at the thought of working on it is a great improvement. ;w;
*sigh* Unfortunately all is not well. Mom and Dad's relationship is becoming strained again. Back in July/August they had a fight that nearly resulted in them splitting but they seemed to have patched things up pretty well. But now... Well, Mom had said after the fight that she wasn't going to take anymore of Dad's bipolar going out of control. And now it is going out of control and as a result things are on the rocks. Combine that with tax season putting a lot of stress of us financially and you have a tense situation. I don't know yet what direction things are going to go or how far but it's still looking pretty rough. The ever tumultuous Smith family continues on.
Tonight I'm going to kick it on the internets, write Mage stories, and perhaps practice Japanese some more. Tomorrow is more school, though probably less than today. Oh, and hopefully some room cleaning. XD Wednesday I finally get my bank account open, go in for my next wart removal treatment, and maybe get my eyebrows waxed. *thumbs up*
