Ok, new goals for the Feb

1. A more reasonable 6-8 lb loss

2. No red meat unless it's a special occasion/with family

3. Fix that blinker and get an oil change.

4. Finish  "American Stomach", which I am reading, and read all of at least one more book

5. Finish my taxes

6. Finish sorting through clothes, and make a goodwill donation with them.
