BSoD Halp
You all are much smarter then me and I've exhausted my resources. My husband is deployed currently, he was online this afternoon and sent me a link, too late I realized it was a virus, he was offline when I got to my laptop so I haven't been able to talk to him about it but while I seem to have solved the virus issue I'm still getting Blue Screens [irql_not_less_or_equal] I've followed advice articles on resolutions for this but my computer blue screens when I try to restart and I have to start all over again. I've also restored a previous version. My real question is if I can find my Windows 7 disk would re-installing windows fix the problem? I'm assuming since the virus seems to be the catalyst that it's a software issue.
