Here's another 100 words for that drabble series (many thanks to mamazano for keeping track of the links) inspired by the lovely Miz pearlseed.

This one's in the 'Harry & the Pirate' 'verse... )

That makes me so happy -- Harry & the Pirate was so much fun to write! Glad you liked this little snippet (there's another coming, from Harry's pov *g*).

Me three...whiiiiine...

Can't squeeze time for commentary, my usual long OR short, of late but I get on long enough to READ. Miss'em!! And this only whetted my greedy rodent appetite.

Great to revisit them even for a few words.
That scene in this 'verse where Jack rescued his son when he fell overboard is one of the most exciting, thrilling scenes I've ever read,
in or out of fanfic.

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful compliment! I find action scenes tricky to write, and I'm so glad that one worked for you.

Thank you for commenting on my drabblish offering here, it's fun for me to revisit them, too!

I second that emotion--it was a very Jack thing and so brave for his baby son and I loved it that as parents they were stalwart and true to their child. Touching scary action, lots of work to stop that big old boat!

Very scary, with that storm bearing down on them, but Jack could do no less. Tom is a lucky boy. *g*

Baby woman, I'm not even reading this, I'm commenting first becos I know something special. *big old briar eating grin on my little moonpie face*

"He was singularly stunned on waking to find that the shapely, warm, freshly ravished yet trusting form curled against his side was not only the GOVERNOR'S LITTLE SISTER forsooth, but had astonishingly ravished (Pirate?!) his scoundrelly self in return." Truer words were never spoken and furthermore, I couldn't tire of Harry if I tried. And FORSOOTH! And Scoundrelly!!!! Ohhhhhh, ravished.....awwww. Mutual's pretty cool too. Yea Team Drabble!!

Team Drabble is sure scoring with that superb pass you threw (and that's about enough with the football metaphors, lol!), and I'm so happy you enjoyed revisiting H&theP!

Oooh! Harry and Jack fic! *giddy with joy* How I love that series of yours, and nice to see this morsel of an offering! Brings back many great memories of when I first "discovered" your writing, and this pairing, on ff.net, and spent a whole weekend devouring it, "cover to cover"! Harry has got to be one of the best OFC's ever in PotC fanfic, IMO! :-)

Thanks for the callback to this wonderful AU of yours! What a treat! Love it, love it, love it! :-)
