Discovered Apple-cheddar Omelet at the El Tovar Hotel's dining room, which is at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Beautiful place. I should post the recipe to
prettygoodfood, which I have sorely neglected of late in favor of editing and rewriting bits of
Harry & the Pirate.
ETA: Two (2) phone calls in the last few minutes consisted of recordings of political announcements! Aaaaaaaarrrrgh!!!
