A triple drabble, 300 words, in my old post-CotBP J/E universe, for the new prompt at potc100...

Bwahahaha! Night's getting older by the minute. Oh, Jack! Opportune moments and all that! This is adorable. Elizabeth talking like a pirate *g* and love the description prettiest pirate lad ever breeched and Jack shifting on the unyielding wood! Loved this! Terrific use of the prompt!

What does it say about me that la petite mort was the first thing I thought of when I saw the prompt? Hmmmm...

Very very glad you enjoyed it, though! *g*

Totally understandable given the person you were thinking of. *g*

Jack is more about life than death, even post-sequels. ;)

Cute interlude. : D

Jack does use everything in his 'arsenal' doesn't he? But lexicologically speaking I fear that it is more the English version of that phrase he wants to demonstrate to her, and not the French.

Yet, as with Jack's "time 'n' tide", Liz may just put two and two together. The last time he used that phrase he was 'spinning' also. :-)

Glad you enjoyed the story. Jack can spin 'em with the best.

How droll, and Jack (Everready?)--suddenly shy? I can just hear herself squawking, "But we've..." By that time, Jack would already have her elbow and imperative movement on his side. Always an education with that pirate! and striking while the iron is hot, definitely his style.
"It's a bit difficult to explain. In words." Now that is one of the funniest things I think you've ever writ. Thanks, dear one, this is highly purrable.

LOL
That was wonderful!

Elizabeth, prettiest pirate lad ever breeched

Love the description :-)

Poor Jack, it was hilarious to see him struggle with the explanation. He's better at demonstrating, though, I suppose ...

Very glad you liked the description of Elizabeth -- I was trying to do it as briefly as I could there and that seemed to sum up the picture. Thank you for letting me know you enjoyed the story!

I've got a great big grin now. The way you write both of them here is just hilarious - spot on too.
