A Busy Week

We are (more or less) ready for the opening of school. I've been working very late most nights, and still need to go in tomorrow. I want to go through the TWO TUBS OF MAIL (grrrrrr...)(90% junk, as always), and get packets ready for the classified staff (all of whom start next Tuesday except for us paper-shufflers), and put some artwork & plants ( Read more... )

Thanks for reading, and commenting! Glad you liked it. As for "lovey-dovey", as I said before it was written for a Valentine's Day challenge. Kind of required for that, don't you think?

No, I actually didn't think you were being nasty--I know you like romance as well as pOrn. *g* (As do I.) The thing is, there's a fine line between too sweet and just sweet enough. I like reading romance, and so that's what I set out to write, but there has to be an edge to it and I'm not always sure I catch that in these H&theP vignettes.

ladymora and dr_mrow are off to Victoria, B.C. for a week of third anniversary fun. How I envy them! What a beautiful place to spend a week.

I envy them too. And I miss them.

I'm not sure if I should blame my dyslexia or my dirty mind for the fact that I read hornier the first time. I'm sitting here thinking "WHAT grade does she teach?" LOL.
That sounds like something I might do to my classroom when I finally get my degree and can start corrupting educating the youth of America, but I'm planing to teach college human sexuality.

I'm glad you are almost done getting ready for work again. I still have tons of things to get Amber for her return and I am already out of money 'til the next paycheck.

I have Harry & the Pirate onmy must read list, but I think I need to finish the two I am writing before I am allowed to start anymore long stories. I will add this on to my list to get back to.

A hornier look, eh? I should maybe borrow a page from ladymora's book and put up some tasteful nudes. LOL! That would sure go over big with the public!

I don't teach, by the way--I'm the principal's secretary at a high school. Must be politically correct at all times.

Hope you do enjoy Harry & the Pirate if or when you do read it--it's meant to be a romance/adventure/comedy piece, in a tone similar to the movie. No graphic smut (not that I don't write it...I just don't post it), or excessive angst (RL is already angsty enough, don't you think?).
