Still suffering from a cold and a bad back, so in lieu of other activity, I thought I'd do a few more recs...
One more Pirates of the Caribbean rec... penknife has written Undercurrents, a character study of James Norrington that is both disturbing and brilliant.
And two Firefly recs...
arwen_lune is writing (quite literally) Notes on a Fridge. It's cleverly conceived, truly funny, and the characterizations are spot on. Also, it's enhanced with some of ursulav's wonderful illustrations. If you are a Firefly fan, don't miss it!
The same "don't miss it" can be said for hereswith's series of short fics that are adding up to one very intriguing Mal/River romance. Each story is a gem, including her latest, Flare of a Sun.
ETA: Though I don't read Harry Potter fic myself, my dear niece, gingersnapps does and has been enjoying minisinoo's newly complete HP novel, Finding Himself very much!
