What exactly do they have against heat here anyway?

I have umpteen thousand things to do and I am to cold to think straight.
I made the boys puff pastry pizza for dinner last night, went over very well!
I think I have to get at that Christmas baking this weekend, I scored some distinctly adult type recipes for treats. So the usual fare will be complimented by these new treats, coffee cinnamon lollipops *grin* Spicey sweet roasted pecans, cashews and almonds and brittle made with the same.
Truffles and brownies, short breads and sugar cookies, tiny tarts and I am gonna try my hand at making baked pate.
Not looking forward to mucking about with the liver per se, but I understand a home baked pate is out of this world.
Bet it would go great with that pepper brie and some Bad Dog wine ;o)
