My dad called me last night to tell me that one of our offers has been accepted! The financial paperwork is being processed, but if all goes well, we might be in escrow soon! It's a four bedroom, two bathroom house in my aunt's old neighborhood. In fact, it has the exact same layout as my aunt's old house and it's on her old street.
