So, I will finally be taking a class at CSUN this Spring. Since I transferred my acceptance from the Fall 2007 semester to the Spring 2008 semester, I've been getting a bunch of lame e-mails from the University. This arrived today--it's a letter from the president of the University.

I'm Joelene Koester, and I have the privilege of serving as the President of California State Northridge. I'm really pleased to have the opportunity to welcome you to this university, to this great campus, because, Cal State Northridge is the right choice, for you.
This is a university that has incredibly strong academic programs, with faculty that are known in their disciplines, across the United States.
