Its going OK so far

More on my diet stuff
OK even though I talked about the 1 lb gain midweek at the end of the week during my weekly weigh in I was down 1.6 lbs. So thats a normal loss so I'm happy and feeling like things are going well again. I really do need to throw in exercise. As soon as Justin is feeling better I think I will do that. I want to start taking my water aerobic classes. Its good for a lot of reasons, if I take the boys to the babysitting at the Gym they LOVE it... it gives Karl some personal time too that way so we both win. Hopefully later this week or next week I can throw in exercise to the mix.
