Wind / rain storm + leaky roof
For those of you in the NW, unless you've been hiding under a rock you probably know about the wind and rain storm we've been having.
Mikey woke me up this morning to show me a steady drip from the ceiling in the corner of the office / spare bedroom.
It started off as just a small drippy bulge. We called the rental agency and they told us to poke it with a pencil to let any pooled water drain. The pencil tore a little larger hole, like 2" or so (not pictured).
A little while later I went back to check on it and a good sized chunk of the ceiling had tore away. Some of the pieces which came down were the press-board wood above the drywall. The large area is now about four or five inches in diameter.
