Rock Band or Guitar Hero Party Ideas? (FOOD)

Okay, you guys have never steered me wrong before, and I come to you again with a question about video games. Some close friends of mine and I are getting together for a party (Mainly so I can introduce my friend Mandy to my awesome boyfriend Jeff), and they're wanting it to be Rock Band themed. Not a gamer, but I love to watch...plus we're playing cards against humanity, so I'll definitely have something to do, what with my horrible sense of humor and all...anyway, I did a google image search for "rock band party foods" and "guitar hero party foods", and came up short. There's not much out there-I found one that I like, and am including it below, but am hoping you guys could help me-I'd rather NOT make a full sized cake since everyone in my circle seems to prefer cupcakes (I found a really cool cake image), and I got a request for a 7-layer dip...so I know I'm making that, but any ideas that you guys have are VERY MUCH WELCOMED. VERY. MUCH. WELCOMED.



I know we're going to have liquor, and whatever cupcakes/muffins/brownies/cookies/etc, and 7-layer dip. Also, a friend is probably bringing pizza. Any fun foodie ideas would be AWESOME! Not sure I can do many drink ideas since we're each bringing a bottle of our favorite (meaning, Jeff and I will bring rum and soco), and mixers if needed (coke and diet coke for us), but I'm not sure what everyone else will be bringing-My friends know how much I love to do themed desserts though, and asked me to do something yummy for the party. Pretty sure no one has any allergies (IE: peanuts, shellfish, etc), but I DO know that two people there are type 2 diabetic, so I want to keep the snacks at a minimum of sugary goodness.
