I made this quick and easy dessert for my toffee-loving boyfriend's birthday, (per his request) instead of a cake. He liked it so much that he had TWO pieces!
INGREDIENTS:
1 package 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup fat-free half-and-half
1 container Cool Whip Light or Free
1 1/2 cups English toffee bits, divided
1 pre-made reduced-fat graham cracker crust
In large bowl, blend together the cream cheese and sugar. Add in half-and-half, beat together until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and 1 cup toffee bits. Spoon into pie crust, top with remaining toffee bits. Freeze pie several hours or overnight. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
