This is my good "udon apple squashs slop"

5 red apples diced
2 pounds previousely frozen butternut squashs dIced (You can get this in the frozen veggy part of the grocery store)
4 spicy italian sausages cubed
One package of Japanese Udon noodles
Half table spoon of table salt
Half table spoon of suger
Table spoon of land-o-lakes butter.

Get a regular sized sauce pot.
Fill 3 quaters up with water.
Bring water to a boil.
Toss in apples. When apples are musshy toss in butternut squash. Stir. Bring down temp if it's bubbling too much. After about 5 minutes add sugar and sailt. Toss in cubed sausages. Keep stiring pot so it does not stick. Let cook till sausage is not pink inside. Then toss in udon noodles. Let boil for another 5 minutes. Turn off stove; let sit and cool for a good 10 minutes. Put in bowl....eat with chopsticks..

Total cook time at most 30 miuntes...

It's very much like my pal's grandmother from the South Pacific used to make.

I get asked to make this all the time when the crew comes over for table top and DVD nights..
Its good!
