I haven't read it yet, but it will be included in the new compilation "A Touch of Dead" that has a bunch of (previously published in anthologies) short stories set in the Sookie-verse that comes out this month!

You could use reduced fat cream cheese...? It would still have that obscene amount of butter in it though. Oh well! ;)
