I just got email from Chefshop.com explaining that I can have fresh-pressed olive
oil FLOWN IN from Italy at the beginning of December. I'm tempted to throw a
fresh-pressed olive oil party.

It's probably past it.

Nouveau is meant to be drunk young, the rule of thumb is never after Easter.

The other thing, on this side of the water you probably want to wait until after New Years, to let it settle.

It's probably past it.

Yeah, that's part of the reason it's still unopened. =) Trying to decide what to do with it.
