i still feel you and the taste of cigarettes
many-a-thing has happened since my last, very pointless, entry.
we had our fancible dinner. i tried posting pictures, but it kept looking gay so i have given up.
nina and erin left for college yesterday. i'm excited for them, because i know they're going to have a great time. but geez oh pete am i going to miss those gals.
it's just weird saying goodbye to the people that have help mold you into the person you are. not knowing, really, what will happen. maybe come christmas break, we really won't all be friends anymore. maybe some of us will have no interest at all.
i must take my own advice, and handle this college business one day at a time.
in spite of the bitterness of saying goodbye to my pals, yesterday was a pretty schwawesome day.
i finally got to hang out with my sam. and that was fun. i wish i could have spent the night or hung out a bit more before she goes off to florida and then immediately after, to college. but we're both close to home and i'm positive that we'll find time during our busy schedules to hang out.
after the hanging out with sam, it was off to the GHOST IN THE GRAVEYARD TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS!!!
which was, if i say so myself, pretty bitchin. it's just nice to fall back into childhood every so often.
the participants were as follows: corey, elizabeth, kellen, kenny, cody, and myself.
we also played a round of murder in the dark.
after the strenuous gaming, we all took a dip in the lake. with the acception of kellen, because he likes to party poop. so, to keep him in on the action, the rest of us put on a synchronized swimming routine in honor or the birth, flourish, and death of the butterfly. it was quite beautiful and touching on many different levels.
and tonight, i work! 2:00 - 10:00. which, on most occassions would suck. but tonight i work with cody and we're training this girl rachel that it quite nice. so it should be a hoot and a half.
everybody should visit. free pizza and slushies if you visit me.
six days until i move into college.
so much shiz i need to buy.
and i need to hit up some thrift stores for CHEAP clothing.
any suggestions?
