The fine doubles if you litter while laughing.
I think I am going to sue Wal-Mart for selling me defective cd holders for my car. They are the ones that attach to your visors and the sleeves are too loose so cd's are forever falling from the ceiling while I'm driving. Today while I was driving in Fort Drum one fell out and just flew right out the window. I'm not sure but I think it was a very rare Modest Mouse demo.
It happened in the exact same spot where I was pulled over by military police this summer for littering. Now before you go thinking I'm a bad citizen I will elaborate on exactly what happened. Carol had taken the new kitten to the vet on post while I was working that day. So we were driving back and it starts to smell really bad and I turn around to see the Gatito has crapped all over my backseat. It was like chunky and runny at the same time and it smelled worse than usual. So Carol goes to clean it up with a napkin and as Im going right by a cop she throws the cat poo out the window and it flies everywhere very dramatically. Meanwhile the Gatito had crawled into her lap and smeared more extremely foul smelling poo all over her leg.
So the cop pulled me over and my car reeks and Carol is mumbling angrily in spanish while he tries to lecture me about littering without laughing.
He didn't give me a ticket but I imagine he would have had he happened to see that cd fly out of my window.
Im a bit sad about the passing of the summer. It went by so fast and I hardly did everything I wanted to do.
It was quite eventful besides though.
My girlfriend is sleeping. She sleeps too much.
