Our help document is so great you won't even need a phone
I was setting up a meeting today in Cisco MeetingPlace Express (which I pretty much hate btw since it's rather confusing). Since I don't use it that often I had the quick start guide open (it was zero help for the record). Once I was finally done I went to close it and for the first time noticed the "front page" of the help guide.
WHY?!? JUST WHY?!? I mean the guy is very nice looking and all that but he doesn't have a phone OR a laptop so he's obviously not using any Cisco products, so WHY is he posing on the front of their quick start guide? Did they just search " business professional" on the nearest royalty free image gallery and grab the first photo it returned? Or did they seriously want the cover to fail as badly as the rest of the (unhelpful) guide?
