TV commentary:
Flash- Finally!
So Nora considers telling her parents the truth about her partnership with Thawne. But she doesn't, Sherloque figures it out and outs her. Some people are mad that he didn't let her tell the secret in her own way, but really, she's gotten so many chances, and even with Sherloque on the verge of outing her, she was still chickening out.
Still, Barry throwing his daughter in a call was heartbreaking. Like how could he not cave hearing her cry like that!
Riverdale- Musical episode!
So things get a little crazy between Choni, but at least they get back together. Also, Kevin possibly gets married to Fangs in a weird Farm ritual? Speaking of, looks like there's a whole lot more people in the Farm than the gang thought, including Principal Weatherby. But yeah, we finally meet Edgar, played by Chad Michael Murray. Which, Skeet Ulrich, Luke Perry, etc, I can believe them as parents of teenagers, but CMM? He's not old, is he?
Also, Gladys makes her secret lab of the Jones' old trailer, so Bughead secretly burn it down. And Hiram and Hermione separate.
The Magicians- well, glad that's how it went down.
So Josh finds out that Fen found out her destiny is to help overthrow Margo. But its fine, because it actually plays into Margo's plans. She finally gets a bunny telling her Eliot is alive. She was all set to go off and leave to immediately help unpossess him. But she learns the big Fillorian gathering might be attended by some guy who's land is known for special ice axes that can banish spirit out of bodies.
So she decides to stay in Fillory for that. Only she learns from Tick that that guy hates Fillory and would never attend. Thus, she sees she has to let Fen overthrow her, so she will be banished and thus be able to have an audience with this guy. Glad to see they weren't actually pitted against each other.
Alice ends up cooking a plan with Kady to stop this brewing war between the Library and the Hedges. Some mysterious guy known as the Serpent has been infecting Hedges with a bloodworm that prevents them from casting magic else they die. His reasoning is the Library is turning up the magic rationing, so if there are less people able to cast, there's more magic to go around for those that do.
Only turns out its a secret plan by Everett. When the Library hears about this terrorist, he says they need to protect the Hedges, if only to prevent escalating bloodshed. So, he has the library offer a mark that prevents Hedges from casting, but its only temporary, until they catch the Serpent. But since he's the one behind the Serpent, its all a lie, even to his fellow Librarians. Not that we find that out until the end.
So yeah, Alice tells Kady they need to open up more magical spigots, increasing the ambient magic and therefore decreasing tensions between real magicians and hedges since there'll be more to go around. But they need a mole in the Library to help them find a magic pipe map. And Alice figures they can turn Zelda by helping her rescue Harriet from the mirror.
Alice does so, though she does end up splitting herself up during the attempt for a short while. Eventually, she reconciles with herself, and finds a book called "the binder", which she had overhead Julia, Q, and Penny talking about how Julia needed a Binder to figure out how to get her godly powers back. Interesting though, Mousy Alice was smiling after acting like they shouldn't grab the Binder, which made bitch Alice immediately decide to grab it. Was it that she pretended to not want it in order to get bitch Alice to pick it up?
But yeah, after rescuing Harriett, she tells her mom about Everett, having been able to see things through the mirrors for months.
Meanwhile, the Monster is starting to remember about the stones, but he needs a psychic to help him sift through his memories. So Penny23 decides to help. While in the Monster's head, he finds Eliot, who tells him something really important. Only we don't find out what this ep. But he says, the stones aren't to build the Monster a new body- Elliot told him its for something much worse!
