TV commentary:
Ash vs Evil Dead- Woah, I was not expecting that!
The return of the Ash clone via Ash's severed hand, and he kills Amanda! And a particularly brutal and serious (for this show) manner!
But it was cool how they did a callback to the original Evil Dead.
The Librarians- Ooh, this was a clever episode!
So, Baird, Jacob, Ezekiel and Cassandra (as well as Moriarty!) are living out fantasy lives on some random island, supposedly their "happy endings". Baird is a small town sheriff, because she apparently always wanted to live somewhere like that, and she's with Moriarty, who's mayor of the town. Jacob is a university professor teaching several subjects, yet still has time to be Indiana Jones, protecting archaeological finds. Cassandra is a former(?) astronaut who runs a bar and has a bunch of ponies, and Ezekiel is a bad-ass Feeb.
Flynn returns to the Annex, wondering where they are, and Jenkins has no idea who the others are. As far as he's concerned, Flynn is the one and only, Guardian-less Librarian. Flynn eventually teams up with Ariel to free the others from their delusions. Only, it turns out Flynn wasn't actually immune to the curse- it was weird that he seemed to be the only one with his memories.
But that's the rub, his "happy ending" is a never ending series of puzzles to solve. So as soon as he freed the others, they appeared back at the annex, only, they had no way to get in. Until Baird realizes the trick, and eventually convinces Flynn he had been ensorcelled as well. So, they totally break the curse, but they realized they have unfortunately been out of the way for three weeks. And in that time Prospero has raised the ley lines for who knows what.
