Moving again
So in the next three months I get to sell my house and buy a new one in a new state. Yup, we are headed to Louisiana. What I want is a decent three bedroom 2 bath house in a great school area. Looks like we've narrowed it down to Leesville LA and so far the houses leave much to be desired. One I saw said "bedrooms WILL have floors" because apparently, the people who live there now didn't need the floors. Hmmm lol I want to pay less than $150,000. for it so it doesn't mess with my budget now. Our housing allowance would cover that. I'm gonna let the Mister pick our next house though- I'll let him know acceptable school areas and let him go from there. I picked this one and he's done nothing but complain lol
The nightmare really comes from getting this one ready to sell. We gotta put it new carpeting and paint the whole house because...well I like color and I went nuts when we got here lol Plus the whole packing up and moving...sheesh. We have mice in the garage and movers won't move you if they see mice or heaven help you a roach. Roaches are the state bird here I think lol We live close to the lake which has been troublesome since we got here and when they drain the lake the little critters come to stay with us. They don't come in the house but they hit the garage and since I have stuff stored out there...I gotta go through everything :( Lucky me to get to go this while he's still in Egypt.
