closest thing I could get
Been obsessing to own Dom's Silver chucks since I saw a pic of their press conference from HK.

Since it's Converse's Century Anniversary this year, they've been having quite a couple of sales from a certain mall here in our country. I wasn't able to catch the first sale last November and lucky for me they did it again today! It'll last until 21 Dec.
So I decided to go check out the sale to save myself some time from mall hopping with my Silver chucks hunt. Ha! as expected there were lines of people from the entrance ALONE!
And the hunt begins.....*drum roll*
Checked out racks immediately, plowed at the shoes looking for a silver leather canvas shoes. To no avail. Moved on to the next rack and what do you know, I'm plowing a men's size! BIG PHAIL! *facepalm* Hopped on to the women's size and this shoes caught my attention immediately! It's an OX leather canvas in brownish, when moved from side to side the colour changes from dark to light, kinda like the seal of HP cartridge. I looked for my size, when I got one I held onto it until I can find what I was looking for. Checked more racks for Silver chucks but still no one. I'm getting tired already that I asked the salesman about those shoes and he told me that Silver chucks aren't sold here. :(:(:(:(
I looked and examined the shoes I was holding, not bad. It's unique and from the littel survey I did with what the crowds were picking mine was the only one that's going to be bought (hopefully) :D

This is my Christmas present for myself for working hard. *pats self* Even though I wasn't able to buy what I'm looking for this pair makes me happy. It's the closest thing I could get to have Dom's pair...maybe next time when I got a credit card, I'll buy it online.
