Being Bold

It’s like a cross between a fan dance and a one of those things you see on the discovery channel.  Adam turns his head so far to the side that it almost tips him over.

Elijah flails for a second before finally just bursting out into laughter.  “I can’t believe you thought I was serious,” he angel snorts as he actually holds his stomach in while he guffaws.

Adam suddenly realizes the jokes been on him the whole time.  “Wait a fucking minute!  Are you telling me I have been sitting here politely through ten minutes of you gyrating around and it’s all been a huge joke?!”

Elijah nods as he falls out into another fit of laughter and Adam wants so badly to be mad right now because that is just NOT fair….but still.  “Pretty good joke E,” he admits as a grin cracks his face.  “You had me going.  I was horrified I was going to have to tell you that turned me on.”

“Oh I hope not,” Elijah looks mortified.  “That has to be the most ridiculous thing ever in the history of human AND angelic kind.  I made it up.  There will be no repeat performances.”

“Never would have thought you had it in you to keep a straight face that long,” Adam chuckles as he wipes his face, thrilled with the sudden release of tension.

“You have met my brothers right?” Elijah says with a rising of his wing.  “Gabriel is a king of practical jokes and Castiel has a perfect poker face.”

“Good point,” Adam admits before leaning forward and resting his elbows on his knees.  “So it’s nice to get away alone for a while but just so we’re clear, is there even a display at all?”

“Oh yes,” Elijah murmurs, suddenly serious.  “Do you want to see?”

Adam nods dumbly.  He takes Elijah’s hand when the angel rises up on his knees on the floor of the garage they find themselves in and lets the angel drag his hand around toward his back to settle it on the ties that keep his shirt closed.

“Help me?” Elijah whispers.  Adam’s leaning forward and tugging on the ties as soon as he realizes what the angel wants him to do.  The soft cotton of the t-shirt slips free easily even though Adam feels like he’s fumbling around with no real idea of what’s going on.   As soon as the cloth slides free the angels pale skin is covered with goose bumps from the cold prompting Adam to leans further into Elijah’s personal space and stroke along his arms to try and offer some warmth.

“I’m sorry it’s cold in here,” Adam murmurs.

“I won’t notice in another moment or two,” Elijah breathes.

Adam wants to ask him why that is but then the angel’s wings sweep up and out around him until they’re stretched as far as they can go.  Elijah’s whole body quivers with the effort of holding them so severely expanded.  “If you had wings,” he gasps.  “You would mirror my motion and our feathers would brush together.  I’m told the sensation is intense.  It’s rare for us to expose so much of the underside of wings.”

“I don’t have wings,” Adam whispers after a long moment where Elijah’s sways forward and reaches up to hold onto his shoulders.  “But I have hands.  Can I touch you?”

“Please,” Elijah whispers; his usually greenish eyes turning browner as his breathing changes.  Adam stretches his arms out as far as they will go before letting just the tips of his fingers brush along the inside of Elijah’s wings.  The feathers are softer here than on the outside.  He finds the downy feel of them enticing and presses in a little further, tugging on a few of the more wildly out of place ones.

Elijah moans long and deep as he clenches his hands on Adam’s shoulders.  He thinks he might have bruises there tomorrow but he doesn’t care.  Adam just burrows his finger in deeper until he can feel where the feathers meet the overly warm skin of Elijah’s wings and then drags his hands inward toward the angel’s body in one smooth motion.  Elijah’s head snaps back halfway through and he keens a weird noise that Adam just knows he can’t reproduce with his throat before Adam grabs at the feathers at the very base of Elijah’s wings and tugs a little harder than before.

“ADAM!” Elijah barks as his wings slam shut around them, enveloping Adam in a cocoon of warmth and softness.  Elijah sags against him as he pants into Adam’s neck.

“Are you okay?” Adam asks nervously.  “Did I do something wrong?”

“No!” Elijah huffs with a gentle squeeze of his hands before he pulls Adam into a proper hug.  “You didn’t do anything wrong.  I was just surprised by how intense it all was.”

Elijah’s still trembling slightly and Adam curls his arms up to cuddle in closer, wanting more intimacy.  “So it was good then?” he asks.

“It was very, very good,” Elijah whispers followed by something like a self depreciating laugh.  “You have no idea.”

“You came in your pants didn’t you,” Adam accuses.

Elijah nods as he flushes pink and refuses t meet Adam’s gaze.  “This is very embarrassing.”

“Serves you right,” Adam chuckles.  “All that teasing you did before.”

He cups his boyfriends face and turns it toward his gently before leaning in for a kiss.  Elijah relaxes against him and Adam hums happily.  “You think there might be an orgasm in these wings for me too?” Adam asks conversationally.

Elijah laughs.  “I bet we could dig one up if we tried.”
