Cooperative Insurance Services are not cooperating,
...and are reinforcing the colloquial image of the insurance industry.
Cooperative Insurance Services are quibbling over a grand's worth of payout to put my kitchen back into the state it was in before it got fucked.
So, I'm not going to give them my business ever again, thereby costing them about the same amount over the next three years and so on into the future. An interesting actuarial tradeoff really.
Bear this in mind when you come to renew your insurance; not giving them any business would make me marginally happier, and make their behaviour increasingly unrewarded. That is all.
