The clock winds down once more, an endless progression of time. Gone without, a light unseen seeks absolution. Strange willful acts of redemption, seeking an end to what we do not know, something we can never truly understand deep down below. Forgiveness here is not a path well traveled. Must we share? Must we pay the price, a consequence so far and so dear? Tonight we feast on immortality and cast time upon the great fire that is our desire, an overwhelming desire to exist, at times seemingly innocent and yet so deadly.
So little do we know, so little of the unseen light, the light that never ends. For it, an unseen light is in constant battle with the unyielding progression of time, the unyielding progression of our desire. With so many stones cast, the darkness of the unknown is fast approaching.
Grasping for the heavens with arms outstretched, the sky is falling; dare any of us look up at the darkness and see the lonely melody of twinkling light?
