It's been suggested that I start a blog of helpful tips/ seasonal things to do.
What do you think? Should I do it? Got any suggestions to add? Here's a couple to start.
If holiday stuff is still up this is a great (warm in DE) week to get outside to get them down.
Go through your spices. Discard anything more than 2 years old. If it really is something you use buy a smaller size. I just found tarragon that was "best used by 12/31/05". I see some nutmeg that I opened Jan 2003. When you buy new spices write the date in marker on the bottle.
