The Utility Bin
I was just thinking about this while refilling the ice cube trays. Most freezers come with a "Utility" bin. We currently use ours to store ice cubes, and the same goes for my parents. I don't think my brother's freezer has one because it has an ice maker. My question though is why is it called a utility bin besides the fact that it's for utility use. I put ice cubes in mine, but how do you use your utility bin?
