For everyone:
I hope that respect and kindness shall continue to prevail in each and every one of us; that the compassion we shared with each other not stop with the end of the holidays. Let us make our family, our community, our barkada and our country much better. Let us place the responsibility in ourselves and not wait for other people to do these things.

I hope that people be more environmentally-aware. Let us make this country and the world a much better place to live, not only for us but most especially for the next generations to come.

I hope that we’d have a peaceful election next year. What is the sense of democracy if there are people that abuse their powers and resort to violence just to stop people from running against them? Also, I hope that when people vote next year, they will be wise and choose a qualified and honorable candidate. A candidate that will serve the people’s needs and not his own or his family, or his friends, or the people he is indebted with.

Okay let’s stop with the seriousness now, shall we. Moving on.

For my friends:
I dream that you all get a love life. Ha-ha! Seriously though, I just want you all to be happy and to share that happiness with a special someone (I’m just feeling a bit romantic as I write this).

I hope we all graduate without any setbacks. To those who still have to take board exams, break a leg! Cheers to finishing college and good luck in finding jobs everyone! Ha-ha!

To my high school friends, sana matuloy na ang mga pinaplanong get-togethers. To my college friends, we have to still see each other kahit magkahiwahiwalay na tayo ng landas. Let’s set a monthly date! Also, I hope that our post-graduation trip to Camiguin pushes through! I am really, really excited.

For my family and relatives:
I pray for good health and a prosperous 2010 to all of you. Plus, I hope that my relatives in Bicol are all safe from the looming eruption of Mayon.

And I hope, to those who don’t know what to do with their lives and are still lost, “Ayusin niyo na sana ang buhay niyo. Please. Di na kayo bumabata.” LOL

For me, myself and I :
The plan is to finish the thesis according to the time plan we’ve set. By January, you will be in ‘work mode’ and shall do your best in accomplishing the draft by the 1st of February. Be disciplined and determined. You must graduate on time and with honors. You promised that to yourself since your first year in college. If you want to travel to Palawan or any other place, do not falter in your goals.

Always ask the Lord for guidance in your every decision you shall make - like on what path you should choose after you graduate. Should you go for a master’s program (either International Studies or language-related) or go find a job or go for both? This is your future you’re talking about. Be sure to keep in mind that the course you should choose will help you gain a step closer to your dreams. You still want to work for the United Nations and buy your own farm and help your parents save money for the renovation of your house.

Also, give Him priority and remember to praise and thank Him for the blessings and chances He has given you. He’s doing the end of His bargain and that’s all He asks from you. Give him that. Maybe, if you’re feeling a bit more generous, give time and serve for Him just like before.

2010, life as they call it, wishes, 30 days, meme
