I agree with you except for this part...

"This 'No child left behind' is good for some reasons..."

The bad far outweighs any good that's built in to the point that we can't even recognize it.

My mom is a middle school teachers and all the teachers had to wtire a paper and do a CD study of the whole 'no child left behind' shit. Well, I ended up doing it for her, and let me tell you... that stuff is the biggest crock of shit I've ever seen. Its really insane and, I think, detrimental to all parties involved.

Ugh.

Let the teachers do their job. Hold them accountable on some sort of sensible scale, and Voila!
