Even if you didn't love him - and how could you not love something as precious as family, anyway - even if you didn't love him, I'm sure a lot of other people did.
And although it may just be for their sake, the least you can do is pretend you care. That's not so much to ask, is it? If you're so incapable of feeling anything even on such a sad day, it's your duty to pretend your best! You can't fail at both things, that's just not allowed!
...What? It has nothing to do with that-- I'm just saying that all of us -- Rolo, myself, Madeline -- we have unfinished business back at home. We've all been trying to leave.
Why should I not be happy for him, that he's managed to escape this place?
