You're most welcome. It seems to be causing a fair bit of confusion today and a lack of chaos would of course be preferable, wouldn't you agree?

But, of course, this city is not particularly good at keeping the confusion to a minimum.

Something of an understatement, I feel. Yet failing to provide a kind of riot control and turn a blind eye is sometimes worse than adding to it. In this case a sense of uncontrolled panic would be ill-advised for this particular situation...

Luckily, there seems to be very little danger regarding this curse. Confusion? Yes, but it seems to be fairly harmless confusion. If the most threatening issue to come about is that a hat is sneaking into individuals' homes, perhaps that is a good thing.
