[The last few months have been one monster of a roller-coaster for Koakuma. Losing friends, making new ones, flesh-eating butterflies, people being kidnapped, people trolling the village, the list went on and on, and much of it was unfortunately negative. As such, it wasn't much of a surprise for the girl when she found herself having difficulty sleeping. Thankfully, she had been able to get help for that, and is out like a light no later than half an hour after taking the medicine suggested for her.
Waking up, though...or at least she thinks she is-it's hard to tell if she were simply dreaming or not-the little devil sees that her surroundings have changed. This isn't the apartment she had moved into. She doesn't hear Flonne, Adell, or Adell's mom next door. Her journal is nowhere to be found. She can't even find that old sundress or the swimsuit she had picked up last week. The only things remaining to suggest where she was the night before are the wings on her back, the feathery-looking pair that had replaced her original wings when she was first taken to that village...
