They have been saying the same thing since S3. 'This year it's going to be darker. This year it's going to be more epic'. Instead of focusing on those things, how about focus on things such as character development. Morgana saying she's had to look at a wall for a couple of years. Bit of explanation about what happened to her would be good. IMO time to change the record...
Ok see now THAT is a teaser. I don't what it is that has the power to revive the spirits of the dead or why they even need the spirits of the dead to be revived.
Well, Australia obviously does not consider it to be any more adult, as it's still in the same 6:30 time slot.
The teasers: 1. The creature to Merlin 2. Merlin to the "creature" or Gwaine to the creature. 3.Merlin to the dragon 4. Arthur / Merlin 5. Merlin to the dragon? or may ne Merlin / Mordred 6. Morgana to Mordred ( honestly, she is still talking about not being evil???!!!) 7. Arthur to Merlin 8. Arthur to Morgana 9. Creature to Merlin 10. Mordred to Merlin.
Considering Morgana has been imprisoned and tortured for 2 years simply because she has magic and Camelot hasn't actually changed its laws on magic, I'm not surprised she thinks it's dangerous for those with magic.
What with the way Gwen is going this series certainly looks to be more morally grey at least.
Well, I was actually referring to this: “I want his annihilation *******. I want to put his head on a spike and watch as the crows feast on his eyes”
This is Morgana talking to Mordred about Arthur. Considering how long they lived together and how Morgana knows Arthur is NOT Uther, this is way to cruel in my eyes inprisoned or not.
I also will never forget 2.03 when Morgana refused to return to Camelot to safe 100 of people who were held captive because of her escape. She has always been selfish and manipulative, even if Merlin opened up, she would never be like him.
When she went to the druids? I can't blame her tbh - she knew Uther would execute her if he found out, knew she was living on borrowed time and, as far as she was concerned, no one in Camelot would help her. It was her only escape and yes she didn't think of the consequences but she was terrified of being horribly executed for having powers she had no control over. Fear makes people selfish. She didn't trust Arthur not to side with Uther and again she has reason considering he'd already told her that he wouldn't be able to help her if she angered his father again. For her, it was a death sentence hanging over her head. Not a nice way to live at all
