They're bit over the top in their attempt to keep spoilers under wrap. On the one hand I can understand them, on the other I can't understand why they don't film 'spoiler sensitive' scenes after the castle closes or why - if they're filming some important scene in the throne room f.e. - people come even near it.

Well, at least it seems someone spotted Katie, I hope we'll get a costume spoiler for Morgana.

They had a similar sign about no photographs last year and everyone ignored it. And yes, if it's a sensitive spoiler scene, they should do it after the fans have left. I'm sure they could shoot other scenes while the chateau is open.

I really want to see what Katie is wearing!

Well according to Lorna's blog, it looks like they are planning to hang someone. Could it be the intern who's probably in charge of PR for Merlin this year?

I didn't have time to read her entry yet but I WISH! Though I'd rather see them put in the stocks for the entire time of PF filming and people are welcome to bring their rotten tomatos to throw at them. :P

Rotten cabbage could be very efficient too.

I think they're going to face an army of frustrated fans, ready to do anything to get (and to publish) pictures.
The result is going to be the opposite of what they wanted to achieve.

Yes, if they had handled it differently, I think people would be respecting the whole publish pictures thing. I certainly would have.

TPTB and MO don't get it - people don't go to Pierrefonds with a view to spoil scenes but to get a glimpse of the cast for once. If there would be real public relation work this wouldn't be such a big thing. The PR is the most non-professional part of the show - and also the ban on tweets - as if Alice Troughton or someone would want to spoil anything. But - nice to see the cast in a good mood and of course they should be able to do their nearly non-stop work unfettered. (most people know that)

I agree; I mean, we had no CominConParis, no Kapow, no EXPO (excepts for the Knights who are doing all the "dirty" work) and so far we're only clinging to San Diego.
Add to that the fact that we never get a joint photoshoot of the cast or single photoshoots at all: like it's only because of their works outside "Merlin" that we got some new interviews or pictures. In comparison to the American management of the shows BBC is kinda lame, so there's no blaming on the rabid curiosity of fans wanting to see the cast once in a while.
