Totally voting for more Irish guest stars... they're all GOOD LOOKING AND TALENTED. Prove me wrong...........

This just makes me feel more in awe of Colin's talent - to get no rehearsal (for the most part, although I'd consider a read-through as something) but to be able to pitch his character so wonderfully with such short notice is... wow.

I knew they did everything in 3 script blocks, but I wonder if the actors are given a brief overview of the entire series at the beginning of that year (assuming TPTB have a rough plan at that stage). So, if someone was to be killed off in ep 9 for example, would that actor be told ASAP or only find out when they came to that block. Bit of a shock if it's the latter (or any time really I suppose).
