I’ve had about three scenes with Angel, but as my character is a misogynistic bigot, I tend to ignore her. She sang two numbers on Tuesday. Well, she mimed to the playback, but all the numbers have been recorded by the guys playing the band, so it is her singing and very pleasant it sounds too. Though I have not heard her sing solo as she sings in tandem with Wunmi Mosaku. I would add that I was completely fooled by Chiwetel Ejiofor’s piano playing. He looks very slick for a man who can just about manage ‘chop sticks’. <<
