Awwww, the almost hug. Arthur was totally going for a hug, no matter what he was telling Merlin.

(And I bet there's an outtake where Bradley cuddled Colin for real just to get this slightly irritated/annoyed look from him :P)

Well, I wouldn't mind if he tried to get a slightly irritated/annoyed look from me with a cuddle. *cough* he'd have serious problems to get rid of me afterwards, though. :P*

And who could blame Bradley for wanting to cuddle Colin in the first place (especially when he's smiling so unbelievably cute like he did in that scene)! :D

A real hug'd be great. ♥

Somehow I doubt they'd delight us with a hug in a rather quiet/intimate situation but maybe after a good fight? A very manly victory hug? *makes puppy eyes and wibbles*

Yes, a post-battle hug (sorry, sometimes I fail at English and can't express what I mean...). :P

And I'd love if it'd be Arthur who hugs Merlin - he was so proud about Merlin's first battle wound and he was really proud (and a wee bit stirred) when Merlin followed him into the (rather hopeless) battle against Kilgarrah. So let's hope for a situation where Merlin can be brave and save Arthur (probably without magic) and get's a princely hug as a reward. :D

Whatever, we want a hug in series 3 - Merlin writers, it's up to you! \0/
