“Derek happened.” Sometimes Stiles feels like that should be the tagline for his life, because his life was never the same after Derek Hale stepped into it that day in the forest. Stiles was never the same; no matter where he ended up, Derek was always the constant thread in the hem of his life.
Oh, I loved these two. The first fic was so very good already, Derek POV is always a big selling point (to me anyway) and it was done so well. *happy sigh* The second fic is set right after the events of the first one, it's told from Stiles' POV and deals with what most stories leave out after the protagonists 'achieved' their HEA. It's about dealing with feelings (esp. after so many years of miscommunication and hurt/insecurities on both sides), making decisions and really getting together, becoming a couple. Overall an angsty and emotional read with added pack goodness. ♥

Read this one last night and was utterly charmed by sleuthing Cat!Stiles, his love for the Sheriff (and affection for Wolf!Derek) and the way a story, where the main cast characters are all animals (Labrador!Scott ♥), turned out. Brilliant! :D
