(no subject)
Today i spent £167 on clothes. this is money i do not have, especially considering i'm going to china in two weeks and the straight on to uni. but, hey, i have nice shiny new clothes. i also have a date tonight, which hasn't happened for a while, hence nerves of all kinds. i really want coffee, but caffeine+nerves=all kinds of bad. i finally finished the frickin fic from hell (nice alliteration, right? shame i couldn't think of a fitting 'hellish' word beginning with 'f'), so hopefully that should be up soonish. kinda nervous about it, as i think i've lost perspective on whether it's actually any good or not, plus it was kind of a dispelling the demons session for me as its loosely based on personal experience.
i just had a mega quick shower, which was freezing, this meant that i had goosepimples up my legs. unfortunately this meant that when i shaved them, i took off every single one. i have bloody stumps now, so i think i'll veto wearing a skirt tonight. also, just put in earrings after a long time of not bothering, and so i now also have bloody holes instead of ears. generally looking a little like an extra in a bad horror film, but i guess beauty is pain.
just had my book list form uni, desperately ploughing through mrs dalloway. ms woolfe certainly can rant on a bit.
haven't really had much sleep lately... an incredibly drunken not-so-much-a-friend invited herself to sleep at mine last week, before promptly wetting the bed. eww. so i've been passed round to stay at different friends houses all week while my mattress dries. she didn't even apologise really, and she shagged my best mate. bitch.
my legs and ears really hurt, and i'm scared to death about tonight :s
