The next four years will be good.
I don't have to seriously consider going to grad school in a different country [which I was, tbh].
I am happy [mostly; bummed majorly about prop 8 and crossing my fingers for Gregoire].
But I am happy.
A ton of people did a march today. We marched and screamed and danced and ran and held hands and it was lovely. As soon as we heard that Obama won, a bunch of us ran out on Ankeny and shouted and did cartwheels and had firecrackers and music.
I haven't been this hopeful in a while.
I've got my fingers crossed for the future. I think it'll be a good one.
