PSA: colors follow-up
OKAY. So my dad is just about to order my laptop (as in he's on the other computer on the Dell website right now) and I have decided on Sea Sky. Because it's amazing.
So I'll get a new laptop in two-three weeks or so and it'll be amazing and pretty and it'll have a built in webcam so I can talk to all you lovely people all the time. Stickam, anyone?
In other news, I had lunch with Miss Whitney today and it was much needed. I missed her. D:
Ariana showed up for 15 minutes or so before jetting off to Sam's house (SAM? WHO KNEW). Senior sleepover was tonight -- they're going to be DRENCHED. It rained crazy today.
Lavanya had a little farewell party for me today. It was really sweet of her actually. I walked in and she was all "SURPRISE!" and I didn't know what the surprise was for until I looked at the balloon, which said "BEST WISHES" and the giant poster she made, which said "FAREWELL MEHERA."
It was fun.
I watched the closing ceremony today. I'm actually really excited for London 2012. I didn't really watch the Olympics this year because, frankly, I wished China hadn't held it. Anyway. 2010 is going to be so fucking epic I might explode. Winter Olympics in Vancouver (holyshitholyshitholyshit) and World Cup in South Africa. The thing about the Winter Olympics is that I watch ALL the sports. There isn't an event that I don't like. Unlike the Summer Olympics, because there are some summer events that I don't like to watch, or get bored of watching. Also, Shaun White omgomgomgomgomgomgomglove.
ALSO: Joe Biden? I don't really know what to think. I don't really know anything about him. IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT OR HAVE A STRONG OPINION ON JOE BIDEN, LEAVE IT IN THIS COMMENT PLEASE.
Fun fact: I got an invitation earlier this year to the Presedential Inauguration Ceremony and Ball in January 2009 -- and I declined. 1) It's a bit on the expensive side (it's a fucking ball) and I don't know if I'll have a break and 2) I wouldn't really want to go if it was McCain.
