Character Age: Looks 10-12 but was supposedly created in 1929. In Mayfield he qualifies as a child.

Personality: He is the very model of a cartoon individual. Yakko is a zany cartoon character created back in the old days of cartoon comedy and exemplifying the very essence of Warner Brothers toon genius. Along with his siblings, Wakko and Dot, Yakko wreaks havoc on the Warner Brothers studio lot in Hollywood. He is the eldest of the three and shows considerable care and leadership towards his younger brother and sister though granted that he probably isn't the best role model. In his eyes he's being the most responsible big brother he can be and looks after the younger two with considerable dedication, though he'll often encourage or even reward their crazy behavior. Yakko himself often gives the best examples of this, leading the way into their zany endeavors.
Despite being a child-like toon Yakko demonstrates a deep understanding of a variety of adult concepts. He openly hits on every attractive woman he sees and doesn't hold back on the cheesy pickup lines. Many of his lines are even suggestive in nature, though he never, ever "demonstrates" any of his supposed knowledge. He talks the talk but apparently has never walked the walk, at one point in his canon claiming "I've never even kissed a girl!" This is untrue, however, as he is very often seen giving complete strangers, close friends, and everyone in between a big, wet kiss on the lips, though it's always comedic in nature. He also shows a vast knowledge of popular culture and can spring a reference to just about anything on the spot. Being an 80+ year old cartoon star, Yakko is buddy-buddy with many celebrities, other toons, and is extremely likely to recognize almost any movie star or popular character.
Having the knowledge that he does, Yakko is an expert at breaking fourth-walls and trolling. A favorite pasttime is searching out the grumpiest, most anal person around and then annoying them to the point of loss of temper. Sometimes, Yakko must resort to cartoon violence to bring about an explosion, pun intended, but he's never once failed to break someone down. It's always in good nature, though, and he usually ends up making friends with said grouch, often triggering a revelation in them. He's helped Einstein find the theory of relativity, Beethoven write his famous Fifth Symphony, and Pablo Picasso discover that kooky art style he was so well-known for, but always trolling them in order to reach that end.
Yakko knows how good he is at these things and shows a considerable cockiness and know-it-all-ery. His intelligence is substantial and he's well-spoken with an impressive vocabulary, though he very rarely uses it for any purpose other than being an obnoxious kid. No matter what's thrown at him, Yakko can easily respond with a smart-alec-y comeback and can make anyone look like a fool. This over-confidence, however, can sometimes get him into a bind. He'll over-estimate his own abilities or underestimate the adversary at hand, though being a cartoon character means that he can always get out of it using anvils, scene-changes, or even random plot devices that have nothing to do with anything.
Despite their uncontrollable behavior earning them imprisonment in the studio water tower, Yakko and his siblings have turned it into a rather cozy home, complete with a roller coaster. They can turn just about any unpleasant situation into a fun and zany one, custom-made to their preferences. They're near impossible to handle or control in any way, though they'd never cause any real harm. Yakko will even make sure that a moral is being learned while they're tarring and feathering or giving someone a bouquet of dynamite. As wild and crazy as their antics get, it's all in fun and for the ultimate goal of creating comedy.
Abilities: Being a cartoon, Yakko has the ability to pull just about any random object out of anywhere (especially his pants), make heavy things fall from the sky, instantly change his appearance, make any scene or backdrop appear out of thin air, and perform pretty much any imaginable feat that defies reality, physics, or reason. However, he can only do this for the purpose of comedy and/or escaping an adversary in order to provide even more comedy. Even though he may smash someone with a mallet or anvil or blow them up with dynamite, that person will not actually be harmed. It will hurt a lot and they may be flattened or charred momentarily but because it's a cartoon object, it can't actually kill anyone and its effects, though painful, are brief. Obviously in Mayfield, once he gets these abilities back, they will be limited just enough that he can't escape the town and there will be permissions posts galore.
