GOD. I love this so much, and for so many reasons - I love that you've pulled out from the trainwreck of the actual show a bunch of lovely little things and people that deserve exploring and writing about - and as a collection of a serious of moments about people being competent together and becoming closer and going out for drinks and having in-jokes and enjoying themselves, this is wonderful! the wisecracks and intelligence and appreciation for each other!!! This is exactly what I wanted from the show!!! (Your Mackenzie is particularly magnificent, I just wanted to say. totally uncaring of what she looks like while caring a lot about everyone around her! also Maggie and how young and still good she is.)

but I love that even within these group-setting moments I can pull out tiny 'shippy things that make my heart getting all fluttery: looking at him like he's saying something worth listening to; the idea of both of them staying up all night getting excited about work and then totally crashing (eeee!); Jim jumping guiltily when Neal
