Relient K is my new favorite band. (Saves the Day too).
Today was insane. I stayed up all last night, went to work at 4, came home, napped, had class 930-230, came home, napped, worked 4-8. I thought I'd be exhausted but I'm not.
Something has given me total, ridiculous energy...
more accurately... a REASON to stay up.
Maybe I fall to easy, but even if that's the case, this time I fell and landed softly, comfortably, PERFECTLY.
Forever I have waited for my escape, and Aki is that. Just that. My escape. Despite his El Salvadorian location, Aki Mathieu IS the reason I stay up all night and the reason I find myself humming Relient K everywhere I go.
From Memorial to the club to the mall to Italy to El Salvador to New Brunswick to my arms.
Sometimes the road on which you travel to get to your destination is blocked. Sometimes there are detours. Sometimes you make unexpected pitstops on the way and get distracted.
