Hit the Lights show
So it's later and now I'm gonna update.
and I noticed people already there. It was only a group of like 6 people so it wasn't that much of a deal. Anyway, nothing really happened while I was waiting, so I'm just gonna jump to when Sarah finally gets there (Which was at like 5pm.) So we sat there and talked and noticed how the line was on one side of the venue and Sarah was freaking out cause she wanted to make sure she would get in to be up front. She was also freaking out about me getting in. So we were just talking and someone said 'Did you go to the Panic! show back in June?' and I said 'Yeah.' and the girl was like 'I met you there!' and I freaked out and was like 'I remember you! I totally lost your number though.' So Jenni (the girl I met at the Panic show) and I didn't have tickets. So we let everyone get in front of us cause they had did (Show was sold out!) So as I was walking by the CIWWAF van, someone from inside smacked the window (I pretty sure it was Tom. The windows were too tinted for me to tell.) And I was just like 'What the hell?' So I smacked the window and walked off. Anyway, I practically had it out with one of the guys that was managing the line because I didn't think it was fair that I don't have any means of buying my ticket online. I saw one of my friends Evan standing in line. (I had no idea he was going to be there.) Anyway, Jenni and I ended up aimlessly walking around. She wanted to smoke so we went far away from the venue in order to do so. We saw the CIWWAF van and that's when she realized she didn't have a lighter. So I went over to their van and asked for a light and they all shook their heads. Then Tom looked as if he was reaching for a lighter then he just said no. So I walked off. We then decided to head for Starbucks, but on the way there, we ran into this group of people that had obviously been drinking. They gave Jenni a bottle of Bud Light and we went back over to where Cute's van was parked so Jenni could drink. After one sip she ended up throwing it away. So we headed to the Sushi bar and got kicked out because you had to have ID in order to enter (Which is complete bullshit by the way because Hunter, Josh, and Hayley from Paramore went inside that damn place.) Then we walked across the street and as we were standing over there, we noticed Shaant not really doing much. So, we thought he'd eventually come over to talk to us and he didn't. I threatened to throw my bottle at him 325235 times, but never did because I knew it wouldn't make it across the street. So Hit the Lights started to play and I was pretty much upset. As I was crossing the street, I wailed 'No! This isn't fair!' and caught the attention of everyone that was standing around. Jenni and I went over to the window to watch and I saw Sarah and gave her a wave and started to sing the songs with her. I signed to her if they had played 'Three Oh Nine' but she couldn't understand. Then I signed to her if she could get them to wave at me or something. So, she did. I just wasn't looking (Both times.) The first time it was due to the fact that some guy came next to me and was all 'Do you know when Paramore is gonna go on?' And I said no and then estimated an hour and he was like 'Mhmm. You have no idea. Shut up.' And then he walked off. He had to have been drunk. His eyes looked like he was. Anyway, the second time was because Jenni asked me if I could ask Shaant to talk to her friend. And when he was walking into the Italian resturant next to Rays, I did. He looked like he didn't really want to but he did anyway. So then he talked ot her for like two seconds and said he was in a hurry. So I thanked him and he walked off. So we went back over to the window and Alex (One of the MANY guys that works at Rays) said that if we gave him money we could go in. So I thanked him like 50 million times and he was like 'It's cool. You're always here first and everything.' So then Ray comes over and is like 'Technically, you should be thanking me because I said it was okay.' And I thanked him a bunch of times too. So Jenni and I went inside. She went to the back and I tried to get as close to Sarah as possible. People kept asking me about the tiara on my head (Which belonged to Jenni) and if it was my birthday. This guy wouldn't let me in front of him even though I only wanted to listen to the last 2 songs. And he was all 'I'm not gonna let you in front of me! I like this band.' Even though he didn't know ANY of the songs. Jerk. Anyway, after HTL finished Sarah and I went in the back and I got a shirt. We waited and listened to Cute's set and then decided to head outside to go meet HTL. So we found out that they went to go get drunk at the Irish pub down the street. So this really cool girl named Ursela (I hope I'm spelling that right) had told Sarah earlier that she would've given me her ticket. I wasn't around at the time because I was told I couldn't stand there. Anyway, she, Sarah, and I (I had somehow lost Jenni) was outside just standing around. We went over to the HTL van a few mintues later and talked to Omar, who was really nice to us. So while we were talking to him Shaant walked over with Omar's phone (I guess he left it on stage) and I told Shaant about the whole 'We Aim For Cute' thing Courtney wanted me to tell him. He laughed and wrote something to her, signed it and took a picture with it. Before I could ask him to write something for Andrea, however, he said he had to rush off to hang with friends (Which was a complete lie by the way) and then he left. So Omar made it his personal mission to try to remember our names. He then went back inside to see Paramore, and we stood around not doing much. This kid came up to us (I forgot his name, I had been talking to him all night actually. Seems he had met Shaant and he actually got the kid and his friend in.) Anyway, we talked for a little then he walked away. I couldn't find Jeff for the life of me. I have no idea where he ran off to. We then saw Colin (Or is it Collin?) from Hit the Lights crossing the street. I got him to sign my shirt, and we talked for about 10 minutes about the NFG tour in the fall and about why they played acoustically that night. We then let him go on about his business. I then noticed Tom over by the Hit the Lights van and went to talk to him. Fucking Jack Marin was giving me, Sarah, and Ursela the most evil looks while we were talking to Tom. I got Tom to sign my shirt and then we talked about his tattoos for a bit. Then we left him alone. So we stood around I noticed Shaant by himself, on his Sidekick, then some slut walked over to him and he talked to her for 10 minutes. Then he went over to talk to 3 more sluts. He totally disappointed me. Paramore had finally finished and the entire band headed straight for the bus.
Anyway, that's what happened. I think that's about how much I type when I talk about some concert.
