Whole30 for April

Hello friends! I have gone off my Paleo eating plan and likely gained some over the last six weeks. We have been displaced from our home due to remodeling.

But I need to get back on track, so I am doing the Whole30 again in April. Anyone care to join me?

Whole30 is a great intro to low-carb and paleo plans. But it is a pretty serious intervention, so read up on it first and see if it's right for you. Visit www.whole30.com or get the book It Starts With Food.

If you have thought about paleo, or low-carb, or "eat real, whole foods" type of plan before, this is a great way to start.  It will probably be really hard for the first 2 weeks and then get much easier.  You can really start it at any time but it's quite a bit easier if you have a friend or two doing it with you.

If you're not interested in following the plan, but you still would like to follow our progress, see what it's all about, and provide moral support, let me know that too.  Also, if you want to try the Whole30 but don't want to post about it online, just contact me privately...
