1. Who is your favorite singer/musician? Why?
My favorite singer would have to be Jason Mraz. I love his voice and the way he writes songs and plays them is so unique
2. What one singer/musician can you not stand? Why?
Either Britney Spears or Kelly Osbourne. Neither have any real talent. Britney got where she is by selling her body and Kelly got where she is because of her last name.
3. If your favorite singer wasn't in the music business, do you think you would still like him/her as a person?
Um, so if I knew him in real life? I guess so. He seems very down to earth and friendly and hardworking.
4. Have you been to any concerts? If yes, who put on the best show?
I've been to a handful of concerts and I think the best ones were the TRL/Civic Tour with Good Charlotte and New Found Glory because both bands were very energetic and passionate about the music or the Justified and Stripped Tour with Justin Timberlake and Ms. Aguilera because they are amazing performers.
5. What are your thoughts on downloading free music online vs. purchasing albums? Do you feel the RIAA is right in its pursuit to stop people from dowloading free music?
I think that downloading music should be fully allowed and that the RIAA has no business shutting it down and claiming that it takes money from the artists. Artists make about 8-12 cents per CD sold and most of their revenue comes from concerts and merch. If not for downloading music, I'd have not come to know the bands that I love. You dont want to get me started on this...
